Terms of use

By using ExamHub (the "site") or creating an account, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. The service

• ExamHub is an online trainer for the unified state exams in Armenia: practice exercises from exam workbooks, explanations of answers and generated practice tests.
• The site is free and is provided "as is". We may change, add or remove features and content at any time.
• Explanations are prepared carefully but may contain mistakes. ExamHub is a study aid and does not guarantee any exam result. The official exam requirements are those published by the exam authorities.

2. Your account

• Give a valid e-mail address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• An account belongs to one person. Do not share it or hand it over to someone else.
• If you are under 16, use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• We may block or delete an account that breaks these terms.
• You may stop using the site at any time and ask the administrators to delete your account and its data.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not try to access other users' accounts or the site's private data.
• Do not disrupt or overload the site or try to bypass its security.
• Do not copy the site's content in bulk, download it with automated tools or republish it, especially for commercial purposes.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

4. Content and intellectual property

• The exercises come from published exam workbooks. Their rights belong to their authors and publishers; the site uses them for educational purposes.
• The site's design, code, explanations and other original materials belong to the creators of ExamHub. You may use them for your personal study.

5. Personal data

• We store only what the service needs: your name, e-mail address, practice progress, test results and settings.
• Accounts and data are kept in our own database on our hosting provider's servers. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• What the site stores in your browser is described in the cookie policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ExamHub and its creators are not liable for any loss resulting from the use of the site, interruptions in its operation or errors in its content.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
